Didiza Productions is a dynamic South African enterprise, headquartered in Cape Town (Guguletu, NY108 – N0.23A, Klipfontein Road). Founded in 2000 by Mr. Ntandazo Gcingca (known as “Didi”), the company operates across two synergistic verticals: a renowned multi-media production house and an ambitious technology-driven socio-economic platform focused on food security and community empowerment.

With over two decades of cumulative experience, Didiza Productions has established a strong track record, recognized by accolades such as first place at the 1999 Sithengi Film Festival and winning second prize at the 2014 Standard Bank Grass Roots Accelerator Programme.

Meet the Founder: Ntandazo 'Didi' Gcingca

As the military veteran, the owner of Didiza Productions understand the plight of military veterans and that of their families and source and provide specialised training to its members from the youth family members as part of social responsibility initiatives thereby creating a pool of young and budding securities.

We are the fifth, sixth and seventh generation of tribe King Jantjie; kaGcingca, kaMabandla, kaQunta, kaMafu, kaLanga, kaBhele of The Gcingca Royal Family House.

Social Impact and Advocacy

Didiza Productions is also committed to using its media expertise for social good, most notably through the ACES GBV Awareness Program. This program involves short film screenings and debates targeting 1154 police communities across the country, aiming to raise Gender-Based Violence (GBV) awareness, secure pledges, and reach over 173,000 individuals, primarily women.
